The backlid of my scanwatch loosened a bit. A picture and some checking later they offered a new watch sending back my watch. Smooth, fast and straightforward. Just received it!

I love my steel H watch and I like the custom service provide when the charger is not working.

I bought my Move ECG instead of the Kardia suggested by my GP. It worked well ...for a bit....but the scratching on the glass, in a short space of time amed it unusable as a watch. Customer service eventually offered me a 50% discount on another product.
I started to use screen protectors but found they were only temporary.When the watch required a second replacement battery inside 6 months I was concerned but shortly afterwards it stopped - was reset for 24 hrs before stopping again. It could not be restarted. Decathlon refunded the purchase.
I used the discount offered to obtain a more recent product - Scanwatch. Electronically, I have to trust that is does what it should, Mechanically the first one had a defective push button - sometimes more than 12 presses wre required to engage a mode. Its 'no charge replacement' has just arrived and it seems to function better.

Unfortunately my Scanwatch was flawed. The rear back plate came loose just before the 2 yr guarantee. Moisture was then able to get inside the watch causing software failure. Withings offered 25,% then 50% of a new Scanwatch which I refused because I no longer have confidence in this product. If you want a watch to last longer go elsewhere.

For reasons that are not obvious to me the back cover of the watch containing the sensors separated from the main body of the watch while I was swimming and the watch filled with sea water. I say swimming, but I was only in the water a few minutes to cool off. The irony is, it was the first time the watch had seen water as I remove it when I shower. The watch has never been dropped or hit and apart from the time I take it off for a shower, mostly resides on my wrist.

The Withings customer service team responded quickly and a replacement watch was provided in exchange for the damaged watch. The process was quick, seamless and conducted in a professional and easy manner. I hope after investigation, Withings can let me know the reason for the back coming away from the watch.

I am on my 3rd Withings watch. Started with HR Sport, upgraded to Sapphire and then bought the new ScanWatch. Love all of them. Recently my Scanwatch had some condensation form and watch quit working. I followed instructions online and was quickly assisted by Oliver. Watch was returned and new to watch quickly sent to replace. Withings is a great company with great products!

Shipping was very fast; the product and presentation appears very high quality; setup and intro was seamless; packaging and included materials were fantastic.

Great product. That does what it says it does. Has help me improve my health by detecting actual FA. If medical check done after didn’t show nothing serious, I was prescribe a preventive treatment.
Also Withings support is impeccable. I had sealing problem with my watch, it was replaced with new watch in a matter of days.
I highly recommend this product. I’ll probably check and get other devices from this brand.
